CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ohana Massage, I understand that life has unanticipated events. Sometimes, weather, work, car problems and illnesses, may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of clients, and out of consideration the business time, the following policies have been adopted:

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment; or a phone call being received prior to 10am the day of the appointment;

If you are unable to provide 24-hours advance notice, and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged 50% of the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee, for the first cancelled appointment; each following cancellation, the full treatment cost will be charged;

On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
